I called advanced roofing out to give me a price on replacing the roof on my single-family home. They offered competitive pricing and was able to start and finish the job in the same week. This is our first home and the first time we ever had a project like this. They really took all the stress out of getting the job done and I highly recommend them.
We had a couple of leaks on the flat roof of our apartment. Danny was able to come out to inspect the roof the same day I called and he offered a couple of different options to repair it. He was very helpful and explained each option and process to help make our decision. We chose to do an overall maintenance and both the price and quality of the work were great. The crew was in and out on the same day and we haven’t had any leaks since.
Very satisfied with advanced roofing they came out here to stop a leak in my flat roof and got it done the same day answered all my questions and was open about all my options 👍🏼

Excellent experience with Danny at Chicago Advanced Roofing. He came out to give us a quote, explained what issues we had with our roof, and gave us a detailed plan for repairs. Great communication. Then the crew showed up on time, were extremely professional, and completed the list of repairs with no surprises or changes in cost. Recommended.
Had a good experience with Anthony and his team. Just had some minor roof repairs done for a section that was leaking: “Removing and replace ridge cap shingles approximately 10 feet install new GAF architectural shingle Ridge Cap Using one and a quarter inch Roof Nails Flash entire chimney with rubber roofing compound to seal and protect roof from any water infiltration Seal around all roof vents and pipes with a polyurethane roofing caulk as a preventative maintenance to ensure a tight seal” We did have to reschedule after the initial crew arrived without a ladder tall enough, but wasn’t a big deal. Fairly priced for Chicago and appreciated the use of a drone to easily assess our roof.

This crew did an excellent job for my roof replacement. They were responsive and very thorough from quote to completing the job. They were available on my schedule which helped a lot. I would work with them again for sure. They brought a crew large enough to finish a job in one day and properly clean the site, which is rare and I really appreciated.
